Wackscases.com offers only items in perfect condition but if, exceptionally, your case has a defect, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to accommodate you.

If by mistake you receive an article that you have not ordered, please contact our customer service. We will do our best to accommodate you.

How do I place an order ?

Choose the suitable Wacks case.

To place an order, simply add the item you wish to purchase to your basket. There are few steps involved in validating an order :
- Click on « Order » to place and confirm your order.
- Create your account and submit your billing and delivery address.
- Confirm your delivery address. This one can be different from your billing address. The shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on these details.
- Check and review your order, if you agree, click on the credit card to pay for your items.

You will be redirected either to Online Payment Service of Ogone or Paypal where you can enter your credit card details safely. The management of the payment system depends on your country of residence and the location of our stock.

What are the deadlines and delivery fees ?*

International delivery takes about 5 to 7 days thanks to our logistics partners Fedex, La Poste and Speedpost.

What payment methods do you accept ?

Your bank account is charged at the time of your order and when payment authorization is accepted.
